Job Description \u2013 Semester-long internship available in fast-paced strategic\/operational (internal) communications department for a large regional healthcare system. Perfect opportunity to get first-hand experience from all areas of communications: writing\/editing, intranet, publications, speech-writing, event planning and coordination, outreach, and communication planning. The intern will report to the manager of operational communications. <\/p>\n
Requirements \u2013 College junior or senior majoring in journalism, business, public affairs, public relations, English, organizational development, healthcare administration, or communications. Good written and oral communication skills. Flexible, resilient, organized, multi-tasking, assertive, professional. Proficient in Microsoft Office and PowerPoint. Minimum 3.0 GPA. <\/p>\n
