Duties would include:<\/p>\n<p>  \u2022 Researching, writing, and sending press releases with follow up pitch calls<br \/>  \u2022 Writing copy for the school\u2019s electronic and print newsletters<br \/>  \u2022 Taking photographs at school events<br \/>  \u2022 Writing copy for the school website<br \/>  \u2022 Providing assistance at special events<br \/>  \u2022 Preparing press packets<br \/>  \u2022 General administrative duties<\/p>\n<p>Students in their junior or senior years at local colleges and universities are invited to apply.  An interest in education, communications, public policy and making a difference in the lives of young people is required.  An ability to speak and write Spanish is a plus.<\/p>\n<p>Cristo Rey Jesuit High School is a Catholic, independent, coeducational, college preparatory school for students from low-income families living in Baltimore City.  Cristo Rey Jesuit High School is part of the national Cristo Rey Network, an association of high schools throughout the country that provide a college prep education to students from low-income families.
