Marketing Coordinator Position<\/p>\n
Growing architectural practice seeks an entry-level marketing person who wants to become integral to a company\u2019s continued success. There will be filing and copying, yes, but the individual we seek will do much more. You will be directly involved in all aspects of proposal writing and production, presentation development, promotional materials planning and design, client research and prospecting, and media relations.<\/p>\n
Responsibilities:
\u00df Coordinating and producing proposals and qualifications packages
\u00df Preparation and development of presentation materials
\u00df Editing and writing marketing materials, including resumes, project sheets and other collateral materials
\u00df Developing and assembling project press kits, including press releases, fact sheets and backgrounders
\u00df Researching and monitoring clients, prospects and media opportunities
\u00df Developing and maintaining marketing databases and records
\u00df Maintaining mailing lists and coordinating monthly mailings to various market sectors<\/p>\n
Desired qualifications:
\u00df 0-3 years experience
\u00df Degree in marketing, communications, public relations, journalism, writing or related field
\u00df Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills
\u00df Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects under deadlines
\u00df Eye for graphics\/layout and superior attention to detail
\u00df Strong internet research skills
\u00df Initiative to look for and tackle the \u201cnext steps\u201d in projects
\u00df Knowledge of Microsoft applications and graphics\/layout programs<\/p>\n
