The Accounts Assistant Intern should possess the skills to effectively assist account executives and communicate with clients. They should be an energetic, self-motivated individual with an entrepreneurial spirit, open to critique\/improvement, and a multi-tasker. They are highly interested in pursuing project or account management in a startup\/creative environment. Experience in customer service recommended. They pride themselves in having strong verbal and written communication, problem solving, and decision making skills. Experience in Microsoft Office applications is required.<\/p>\n<p><strong>RESPONSIBILITIES<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Assist an assigned Account Executive in managing projects such as; brand discovery, rebranding, website design and development, and ongoing marketing and client communication<\/li>\n<li>Develop a thorough understanding of each client&#8217;s industry and business through diligent research<\/li>\n<li>Work collaboratively with client and internal teams to identify solutions for critical business issues within existing client relationships.<\/li>\n<li>Work with high degree of autonomy, and will need to show discipline and accountability with assigned tasks<\/li>\n<li>Assist in the development of project management process such as status reports, analytic and metric reports, budgeting and measuring client successes<\/li>\n<li>Assist in the development of marketing plans, strategies and other business development needs<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Apply by emailing\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:rnz@atmediadesign.com\">rnz@atmediadesign.com<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>SKILLS &amp; DESCRIPTION At Media is expanding into Baltimore and we&#8217;re looking for a qualified intern to grow with our team.
